ABSTRACT
Эректильная дисфункция (ЭД) является распространенной проблемой, которая может поражать мужчин всех возрастов и оказывать влияние на психическое и стабильное здоровье и общее качество жизни. В Казахстане из 1550 обследованных мужчин (в возрасте от 21 до 79 лет) у 784 была диагностирована ЭД (52,3%). В последние годы, с развитием генных и регенеративных технологий, появилась новая перспективная стратегия лечения метода ЭД: трансплантация мезенхимических стволовых клеток, полученных из костного мозга, и мезенхимических стромальных клеток, полученных из жировой ткани.
Аутологичная богатая тромбоцитами плазма (PRP) содержит стабильность тромбоцитов в три-семь раз последовательной выше нормы и богата факторами роста, хемокинами и ангиогенными факторами. Поэтому было проведено проспективное исследование на казахской практике, чтобы изучить безопасность и эффективность интракавернозных инъекций PRP у пациентов со средней и тяжелой ЭД.
Использование терапии PRP для лечения средней степени тяжести и ЭД безопасно, но малоэффективно. Активация хлорида PRP не дала конкретных результатов. Следовательно, более высокие дозировки могут иметь значение с лучшими краткосрочными последствиями. Методика PRP-терапии требует дальнейшего тщательного изучения и разработки методик применения PRP в клинической практике, особенно для лечения тяжёлых и среднетяжёлых форм эректильной дисфункции. Для окончательной оценки эффективности PRP-терапии в улучшении эректильной функции необходимы дополнительные проспективные рандомизированные плацебо-контролируемые исследования.
